Boozer currently delivers from Keele to Vic Park, and from St Clair to the Water. If you live outside that area, then vote! Just download the app, enter your address, and hit the ‘Vote’ button. We use this to determine where to expand next.
Boozer charges a $10 delivery fee, plus a 15% surcharge. We’ve built a user-friendly interface that we want to grow and maintain, so right now the way we do this is by adding a surcharge. Check the estimated time, depending on where your delivery origin is it will be approx that timeframe. Boozer strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to complete deliveries within the estimated delivery window. Try scheduling an order! Delivery times may vary depending on the time of day, day of week, and weather conditions.

Short answer: Boozer generally operates from 10am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and until 7pm on Sunday. Long answer: Boozer is able to deliver within an hour any LCBO’s nightly closure. Different stores have different hours so it varies. Whenever possible, we redirect our couriers to stores that are open later, so we can serve you better.
100% of the tips go directly to your courier. They bust their buns.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.. We will make every attempt to assist you prior to your order being processed and, if your order hasn't been picked up, we will cancel your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders that have been picked up.
Boozer maintains accurate inventory information, but sometimes the last remaining item is purchased while a delivery is in progress. If this happens, your courier will give you a call to discuss substitutes.
When receiving your order, do a check before signing for it. If you find that items are missing or damaged, email email@example.com and our support team will find a resolution.
Anyone at your house or unit can accept your order, provided they are over 19 years of age. It’s Boozer’s policy to ID all customers to avoid running afoul of authorities.
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery in order to receive your order. If the order recipient is not over 19 years of age, the products purchased will be returned to the retailer. You will be refunded the full order value, but the delivery charge will stick.
All missed deliveries are returned to the retailer. You will be refunded the full value of your order, but because this requires a courier to return the product you will still be charged the delivery fee. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Just open the app, navigate the to account screen, tap ‘Login | Sign up’ and then hit the 'Forgot Password' button. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link. If you are having difficulties, please contact support at email@example.com.

Our courier’s are the lifeblood of our operations, but they’re also on the front lines. Their safety is our top priority, and we strive to ensure they are free from harassment. Should our couriers be met with aggression or hostility they will leave the premises, and report the incident. Appropriate action will be taken by us from there.
