How does Boozer work?
Like magic. Just open the app, select from your favourite stores and products, add, and order. From there, your courier will begin your delivery. You’ll see your order status every step of the way until it arrives directly at your door.
Where is Boozer available?
Boozer currently delivers downtown Toronto and Vancouver. Please see here for the latest delivery area. If you live outside that area, then vote! Just download the app, enter your address, and hit the ‘Vote’ button. We use this to determine where to expand next.
I'd like to return a product, do you do that?
Boozer does not accept product returns or refunds directly. However, if you no longer want the product and want a refund you can take the product receipt & return it to the closest LCBO (Ontario), BCLS (Vancouver) or the brewery

What's the status of my order and delivery?
The estimated time of delivery is provided in the order progress, depending on where your delivery origin is it will be approx that timeframe.
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible however due to COVID-19 & the new safety regulations for entering stores, delivery times may be longer than expected. Why am I seeing LCBO available some days & not others?
There are some days that we temporarily turn off the option to purchase from LCBO due to the high order volume & longer delivery times due to the new safety regulations for entering stores. We evaluate the decision on a daily basis so please check the following day to see store availability.
How much does Boozer bottle shop delivery cost?
Boozer charges a flat delivery fee only. You pay the same prices as if you walked into the store yourself! 100% of delivery fee and tips go right to our couriers.
How much does Boozer LCBO/BCLS delivery cost?
As public companies, for orders from LCBO/BCLS there's small service charge on products; whereas for our independent partners we simply take commission and keep prices flat. 100% of delivery fee and tips go right to our couriers.
Are there any delivery minimums?
There are no delivery minimums. There are also no maximums! Want to order a few drinks for the night? We’ve got you covered. Want to order a bunch of drinks for the week? We’ve got you covered there too.
What are Boozer's operating hours?
Short answer: Boozer generally operates from 10am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and until 7pm on Sunday. Long answer: Boozer is able to deliver within an hour any LCBO’s nightly closure. Different stores have different hours so it varies. Whenever possible, we redirect our couriers to stores that are open later, so we can serve you better.
Where do tips go?
100% of the tips go directly to your courier. They bust their buns.
Who do I contact when I have an issue with my order?
If there’s any issue with your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you promptly.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com We will make every attempt to assist you prior to your order being processed and, if your order hasn't been picked up, we will cancel your order. Unfortunately, you may be charged a service fee if a courier is already at the store or has collected your products for pick up. People need to be paid for their time and we respect our couriers and hope you do too.
What if the item I requested is out of stock?
Boozer maintains accurate inventory information, but sometimes the last remaining item is purchased while a delivery is in progress. If this happens, your courier will give you a call to discuss substitutes.
What is an auto-sub?
Auto-subs let us get your deliveries to you faster. In the case that a product is not available at the store we will select the best next choice using the help of the brewery or representative at the government run liquor stores in Canada. Please de-select this option if you would like to be contacted about subs.
I'd like to return a product, do you do that?
If you'd like to return a product a receipt should have been delivered to you. In the case that you no longer want the product please return it to the closest government store or the brewery.
Who can accept my order?
Anyone at your house or unit can accept your order, provided they are over 19 years of age. It’s Boozer’s policy to ID all customers to avoid running afoul of authorities.
Is ID required?
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon delivery in order to receive your order. If the order recipient is not over 19 years of age, the products purchased will be returned to the retailer. You will be refunded the full order value, but the delivery charge will stick.
I missed my delivery, now what?
All missed deliveries are returned to the retailer. You will be refunded the full value of your order, but because this requires a courier to return the product you will still be charged the delivery fee and a service fee for the return of products. I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Just open the app, navigate the to account screen, tap ‘Login | Sign up’ and then hit the 'Forgot Password' button. You’ll receive an email with a password reset link. If you are having difficulties, please contact support at email@example.com.
How do I update my Contact Info and Billing Information?
You can do this on the Checkout screen of the app. To get to this screen, create an order but stop before placing it. If you have any questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I track my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, you can track it by tapping the clock icon in the footer.

Follow us on social media! Boozer is active on Twitter, Instagram, and on Facebook. If you create an account, we'll also sign you up for our marketing email list where we send promotions throughout the year.
Boozer’s Confrontation Policy
Our courier’s are the lifeblood of our operations, and they’re also on the frontlines. Their safety is our top priority, and we strive to ensure they are free from harassment. Should our couriers be met with aggression or hostility they will leave the premises, and report the incident.
